LA VIA DEL LATTE IN VALLE D’ITRIA – PUGLIA
ITA Visita di una Masseria del 1800 vicino a Ceglie Messapico , dove da 5 generazioni vengono prodotti formaggi con il latte munto dalle mucche al pascolo.
E’ possibile vedere l’intero processo produttivo , dalla mungitura manuale delle vacche ( Frisona
) fino al saporitissimo formaggio finito .
I nostri ospiti si potranno anche divertire ; seguendo le istruzioni del Mastro Casaro potranno cimentarsi nella produzione di mozzarella e formaggi freschi come la giuncata o il primosale .
Degustazione finali dei formaggi freschi e stagionati accompagnati dal miele prodotto in Masseria e del pane cotto nel forno a legna con un buon bicchiere di vino locale.
ENG Visit of a traditional farm dating back to 1800, where, from 5 generation, different kind of cheese have been produced from the milk milked by its own grazing cows.
It is possible to see the whole production process, from the manual milking of the “Frisona” cows to the cheese tasting.
Our guests can also enjoy themselves : following the instructions of the Master Cheese Maker they can try to make mozzarella and fresh cheeses such as giuncata or primosale. Final tasting of fresh and seasoned cheeses with the honey produced in the farm and bread baked in a wood oven , with a good glass of local wine.
